About us

Hope For Nations

Hope For Nations, a humanitarian beacon bearing the slogan "A Healthy Community for Sustainable Development," embodies an audacious vision: "A World Without Tears." This solidarity odyssey is rooted in the poignant journey of its founder, Mr. Tewantsa Judicael Marcelin, and the heartbreaking socio-economic realities of Central Africa. Hailing from Babadjou in Western Cameroon, this young visionary decided in 2019 to transform indignation into action by creating an organization dedicated to the most vulnerable and to inclusive development, prioritizing the nations of Central Africa.

A collective spirit emerged from the urgency to act. By June 2019, he gathered compassionate souls around him: Mrs. Friwe Tatio Karen, Mrs. Talla Agne, Mrs. Fiasse Régine, Mr. Titio Alex, Mr. Ndombol Ivan, Mrs. Haoua Kodji, Mr. PIFO Cyrille, Mrs. Touko Siani, and other committed figures. Together, they forged a symbol—a logo designed by Mr. Flavien Him in September 2019—before bringing Hope For Nations to life in October 2019. By December, their initial actions illuminated the lives of orphans in the Menoua Department, marking the dawn of a new era of tangible solidarity.

Officially recognized by the Cameroonian government on March 4, 2020 (Declaration No. 017/RDA/F.34/SAAJP), the organization reached a crucial milestone. In December 2021, a strategic turning point occurred: the merger with the association led by Mrs. KENGMENEU Jordane Flore, now Vice-President, alongside Mr. NDOMBOL Ivan, further solidified the organization’s impact.

From 2019 to 2024, a symphony of transformative projects emerged, supported by local and international partners. By December 2024, Hope For Nations will have reinvented itself with strengthened governance: a sovereign General Assembly, a strategic Board of Directors, and an operational Executive Bureau. Among the pillars of this Board are:

  • Mr. TEWANTSA Judicael Marcelin
  • Mr. NDOMBOL Ivan Zachée
  • Mrs. KENGMENEU Jordane Flore
  • Mr. SOMMELE MOTAZEU Andelson
  • Dr. GUIMSOP Dominique
  • Dr. KANA NGUEDIA Yanick
  • Mr. NGUEKEU YONTU Godwin
  • Mr. TCHOFFO TCHOFFO Joel
  • Mrs. DEITHE SIEWE Farida
  • Mrs. IFOUE NGUIMFACK Rita Marie
  • Mr. SOMMELE MOTAZEU Andelson

Some founders have chosen different paths, but their legacy remains etched in every action. Others, who have transitioned from volunteers to leaders, symbolize the essence of commitment: their ascent, meticulously aligned with procedures, stands as a compelling testament to their devotion to humanity.

Today, Hope For Nations transcends the boundaries of charity. Each member, each project, and each smile wrested from despair is a challenge to fatalism. In the eyes of the rescued orphans, revitalized communities, and mobilized partners, a certainty now sparkles: the utopia of a world without tears is within reach. And this certainty, nourished by tireless hearts, is the promise of a new dawn for Africa—and for the world.
